I provide videography services including but not limited to event coverage, promotional videos, and personal projects. The scope of each project will be agreed upon in writing before commencement.

PAYMENT TERMS

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients must provide all necessary information and permissions required for the shoot.If location permits are needed, the client is responsible for obtaining them.

LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

I am not liable for any damages, delays, or losses beyond my control.

Clients agree to indemnify me against any claims arising from the use of the final video.

PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

Personal data will be processed in accordance with my Privacy Policy.

Footage containing identifiable individuals will not be used without appropriate permissions.

AMENDMENTS TO TERMS
These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be available on my website or provided upon request.
